THE JOB:

It is the responsibility of the Table Games Floor Supervisor to directly supervise the operation and conduct of assigned table games and table games personnel, including reconciling table accounts, while providing excellent guest service. You will also play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.  

THE STARTING RATE: $28.00 an hour

DAY TO DAY:

Manage performance of dealers to ensure that each game is dealt to the customer with a high degree of proficiency and that superior customer service is provided to guestsMonitor guest flow and notify management when adjustments to open table games are neededReconcile table accounting accurately and with integrity and maintain card/dice and all gaming equipmentVerify the accuracy of all documents and ensure that all procedures are adhered toMaintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated playNotify the Pit Manager and/or Shift Manager immediately of any unusual activity of high limit play or if damage/tampering of equipment is suspected

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit
