Key Responsibilities
· Communicate critical updates to educators, support roles, and leadership as needed.
· Partner with Intraday, cross-functional teams, and Guest Support leadership to identify floor-wide trends and enroll the appropriate partners to solve as needed.
· Organize and partner with other Floor Supports and the Intraday team to manage the overall floor performance, driving toward GEC key performance indicators of efficiency and quality.
· Monitor educator adherence, chat statuses, and phones statuses and provide educators with coaching regarding these metrics.
· Manage email volume by assigning emails to educators and queues.
· Monitor educator attendance by recording accurate lost hours data and sending instant feedback to educators.
· Provide ongoing support, coaching, and education to all educators.
· Provide frontline technical guidance to educators and communicate trends with tech team.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 months experience in the GEC Educator or Team Lead role
· Full Time hours required
· Excellent communication and coaching skills
· Ability to work as a member on cross-functional teams and hold others accountable
· Ability to multi-task and efficiently navigate through several programs and applications during shifts
· Adaptable, flexible, self-starter
· Strong attention to detail
Work from Home Requirements
· A quiet, distraction-free, home office with a door you can shut. A living room or kitchen are not acceptable workspaces.
· Reside and work in a province/state where lululemon operates.
· Internet Speed: Have at minimum 50 Mbps or greater
· Recommended connection should have less than 120ms of latency (ping)
· Hotspots, dial-up and wireless connectivity are not acceptable connections.
· Disciplined work ethic - a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
· Shift times range from 5am to 9pm PST on weekdays and 6am to 6pm PST on weekends,
· Depending on your location. Our guests lead lives outside the standard 9-5 and we are right there with them, which means being available for them in the opening and closing hours.
· Convert times for HST, MST, CST, AST, EST
· Hours expectation: Full Time is 20-40 hours (Canada) or 24-40 hours (USA) per week.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for this position is from $19.60-$26.57/hour CAD or $19.25-$26.51/hour USD, subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional 10%, subject to certain requirements and the Company’s discretion, bringing the total hourly target compensation range between $21.56-$29.23/hour CAD or $21.18-29.16/hour USD.
