We are looking for a Floor-Tech that can perform routine maintenance on floors of facilities to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. Equipment used to perform the essential functions of this role includes but is not limited to buffers, strippers, vacuum cleaners, wet vac., etc. Essential Duties/ Responsibilities: + Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner + Maintain and use janitorial equipment in a safe manner + Properly label, dilution, and use all the chemicals + Adhere to the City-Wide policies and produces, including the Code of Code and Core Values + All other routine janitorial duties as assigned.
