**Overview** Floor Technician completes assigned stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning of floors. **Shift: M-F 4 pm - 8 pm** Responsibilities + Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them + Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures + Assists with special projects within the account as needed. Willing to complete other duties as assigned + Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created + Drives vehicles (if required) to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners + Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities + Responsible for using safety measures in work areas + Assists in emergencies as needed Qualifications + Must be 18 years of age or older + Floor Tech Experience, including stripping, waxing and buffing floors + 1 yr of similar work experience REQNUMBER: 107720 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
