Custodial Services Assistant Site Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
HES Facilities Management is seeking a Site Manager to help oversee custodial operations at Ranken Technical Collage between multiple locations within the same school district.
As a Site Manager, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with hourly custodial staff, communicate with the customers daily, and work to resolve any issues that need immediate attention. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for inspecting, training, and maintaining acceptable supply levels in each facility. The Supervisor will report to the Account Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented.
+ Previous management experience.
Requirements:
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
+ Prompt, regular attendance.
+ Daily work hours may vary.
+ Pay dependent on experience. Position available immediately.
Some one who can run various types of floor equipment (walk behind scrubbers, carpet extractor,buffer,variable speed floor machines ,ect),scrub ,strip and apply wax.
The individual applicant must take ownership of position and of assigned tasks,use good time management,works under the guidance of the Director.
Assist Director with assignments of tasks. Quality control as well as completion of assigned tasks with General Cleaning when not assigned doing floor work when needed
Possibly some periodic weekend work may be requested.
