Description Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician! that can make the floors sparkle and shine!  We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.  Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.                                

Responsibilities                                

VacuumingMoppingBonnetingExtraction (wet/dry)Strip & wax floorPolish floorsCarpet spot removalTransport equipment, tools and suppliesMove furniture before/after cleanCommunicate changes, progress or problem areas

Qualifications                                

1+ year Floor Tech experience requiredExperience in the janitorial industry required, Must be able to pass drug test and background check

Shift:

Wed-Sat 6:00 pm – 4:30 am    

Compensation: $16.50 - $16.54 per hour
