Job Title: Floor Technician $16.50hr

Job Description

The floor technician will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and restoring various types of flooring surfaces in commercial buildings, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and spot cleaning. Utilizing specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals, the technician will adhere to safety protocols and proper floor care procedures. The role involves operating floor cleaning machines such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors, as well as carpet cleaning.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and restore various types of flooring surfaces in commercial buildings.Strip, wax, buff, and spot clean floors using specialized equipment and chemicals.Operate floor cleaning machines including buffers, scrubbers, and extractors.Adhere to safety protocols and proper floor care procedures.Clean carpets effectively.Essential SkillsProficiency in cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, and sanitizing tasks.Ability to understand and execute proper cleaning processes.Skilled in using appropriate floor cleaning equipment.Attention to detail.At least one year of relevant experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsCapability to work independently and manage tasks alone.Why Work Here?

Must be able to work from 5pm-1:30am. Must be able to work from M-F

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50
