Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator (12-18 hours per week - Contract Position)

Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time, onsite Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with experience in clinical research to support an ongoing Lupus clinical trial. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and act as one of the main CRCs for this study. As the position and study progress, additional responsibilities may be assigned. The candidate must be flexible and willing to assist with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Record Review: Conduct thorough reviews of patient medical records.
Data Management: Collect study data and enter it into electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
Query Resolution: Address and resolve data queries promptly.
Regulatory Support: Assist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) approvals and provide regulatory support.
SIP Support: Provide Site Initiation Package (SIP) support.
Onsite Investigator File Set-up: Set up and maintain onsite investigator files.
Document Collection: Collect and compile essential regulatory documents.
Regulatory Document Maintenance: Maintain and update regulatory documents.
Study Supplies Review: Review and manage study-specific supplies.
General Support: Assist with any other study-related efforts as deemed necessary by the site.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience as a Clinical Research CoordinatorSpecific experience in Lupus clinical trials preferredProficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems

Schedule: 12-18 hours per week (Monday-Friday) - during normal business hours
