**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for working on the flow cell manufacturing assembly. You will handle smaller items with a focus on quality, manipulate products, package them for shipment, and use small volume tools. Attention to detail and organization are essential, along with the ability to rotate tasks and familiarity with hazardous chemicals. You will be involved in the final packaging of the flow cell consumables. **Responsibilities** + Work on the flow cell manufacturing assembly. + Handle and manipulate smaller items with attention to quality details. + Package products to prepare for shipment. + Manufacture slides and use small volume tools. + Maintain detailed organization in completing tasks. + Rotate tasks as needed. + Be familiar with handling hazardous chemicals. + Perform final packaging of flow cell consumables. + Complete repetitive tasks and manual processes. + Perform visual inspections to focus on specific quality details. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a cleanroom environment. + Knowledge of packaging and assembly processes. + Familiarity with documentation processes, preferably online through Smartsheets. + Ability to gown up and work in a cleanroom. + Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual processes. + Strong manual dexterity. + Inspection skills. + Experience with GMP, medical devices, and medical production. + Aseptic technique proficiency. + Experience with microscopes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform basic calculations for slide manufacturing. + Ability to lift 20 lbs. independently. + Experience with FC (Flow Cell) is preferred, but candidates comfortable working with glass or small items are also suitable. + Experience with leak testers and adhesives is a plus. + Patience, meticulousness, and strong organizational skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a company at the forefront of genomics, one of the world’s fastest-growing industries. The work involves entering a gowning area.
