We’re seeking an associate to join our Flow Control Inside Sales Team as a Focus Control Sales Support Representative, focusing on Valve Automation and Reliability products. This role involves quoting products, learning about V&A and Reliability, and supporting our sales team.

This is a development role where the flow control team will invest in your success. The team will teach you everything you need to know about Valve Automation and reliability products.

Hourly Pay:

Pay starting at $22 an hour! Pay can increase depending on experience.

Schedule/ Hours:

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

ResponsibilitiesSupport the Mid-Atlantic sales teams and customers with flow control quotations and Valve Automation/Reliability products.Accurately size and quote Valve Actuators, Control Valves, and related products.Assist with pump sales and parts.Develop relationships with vendors and internal teams.Provide exceptional customer service and build trust across the district.Willingness to continuously learn and train on Valve Automation and pump reliability products.

Qualifications1-3 years of sales experience required.Strong detail orientation and quick learning ability.High integrity and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech skills.Experience with Trilogie preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
