Our client, a well-established floral design and distribution company, is looking for a Flower Designer to join their team in Camarillo, CA. This role focuses on creating stunning floral arrangements, developing seasonal concepts, and ensuring top-quality floral products to enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions.Develop innovative seasonal and trend-based floral concepts.Source and maintain high-quality flowers and materials.Collaborate with purchasing and merchandising teams to select floral products.Travel to trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends and build vendor relationships.Train and guide staff on floral care, display techniques, and merchandising.Ensure compliance with safety and handling procedures for floral supplies.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in floral design.Strong knowledge of floral care, preservation techniques, and industry trends.Ability to create diverse floral arrangements, from everyday bouquets to elaborate event designs.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Willingness to travel for trade shows and industry events.

Pay & Schedule:

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
