NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Flower Shop Manager at Rembrandt Flower Shop located at Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities:

Design and create floral, silk, and plant arrangements. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers. Perform tasks such as cleaning, organizing shelves and displays, and selling merchandise. Maintain floral arrangements for the funeral home. Take inventory of green and blooming plants, and order supplies as needed. Manage daily operations of the flower shop, including inventory management, staff supervision, and vendor relations. Prepare sales and customer relations reports. Handle customer complaints and ensure positive customer experiences. Hire, train, and retain floral shop staff.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional floral arranging experience Ability to design and create floral arrangements Professional communication and customer service assistance Experience leading teams
