Flux Core Welder
**Job Title: Flux Core Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Flux Core Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of Flux Core welding experience and 1-2 years of blueprint reading experience. Proficiency in Mig welding and an understanding of jig work are essential. Candidates must pass a weld test due to the high level of welding required. Experience with cutting parts and metals is a significant advantage. This role requires individuals who can perform their own prep work in a small machine shop environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform Flux Core welding with high precision to ensure no part leaks. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Utilize Mig welding techniques effectively. + Conduct jig work as needed. + Cut parts and metals as required. + Prepare and set up parts for welding independently. **Essential Skills** + 1-3 years of Flux Core welding experience. + 1-2 years of blueprint reading experience. + Proficiency in Mig welding. + Ability to perform jig work. + Capability to pass a weld test. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with cutting parts and metals is a major plus. + Good attitude and a sense of ownership in work. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values hard work and dedication. Fridays are used for mandatory overtime when available. The work environment is a small machine shop that requires flexibility and a willingness to do what is needed to get the job done.
