**Urgently Hiring Welders Needed, $21 - 30/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team! Candidates need to have at least 2 years of experience in various styles of welding. This is a **Direct Hire** position. **Responsibilities** + Perform some fitting tasks if experienced. + Execute fluxcore welding techniques. + Back gouge effectively. + Weld only carbon steel materials. + Work on pipes usually ranging from a quarter inch to one inch in diameter. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with stainless steel welding is a plus but not required. + Coachability and willingness to learn. + Stable work history, avoiding job hopping. **Why Work Here?** This is a **Direct Hire** position! The work involves steel pipe manufacturing for water treatment facilities. All shifts are on the 2nd shift, from 2pm-10:30pm or 4pm-12:30am (with potential extension to 2:30am). Some 1st shifts are also available, from 6am-2:30pm or 4:30pm **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Columbia, South Carolina. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $58240.00/yr.
