Flywheel Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Flywheel program manager to join our team. This unique role requires an individual who excels as both a coach and a program manager, driving the Flywheel methodology across all business units. The ideal candidate will facilitate the adoption of the Flywheel framework, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide leaders across the six business units in the principles and practices of the Flywheel model.

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to empower employees to leverage the Flywheel methodology effectively.

Act as a mentor and resource for team members, providing ongoing support and encouragement.

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Flywheel adoption across all business units.

Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify opportunities for integration and improvement within their specific contexts.

Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of Flywheel-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of Flywheel initiatives on organizational success.

Collaboration and Communication:

Foster collaboration between business units to share best practices, insights, and success stories related to Flywheel implementation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Flywheel-related inquiries and initiatives.

Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and successes associated with Flywheel adoption.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience with Flywheel implementation or similar frameworks in a multifaceted organization.

Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Excellent program management abilities with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.

Familiarity with performance measurement and analysis to inform decision-making.

The base pay range for this role is $136,850  to $198,450 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
