Candidate will reside in Alpharetta, GA. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems for 6 major client locations in FL & GA, encompassing buildings >2.5M SF throughout the USA.   **What You’ll Do:** + Provide formal supervision to vendors. Equipment and critical systems + Will require 50% travel, off hours and weekend availability, if necessary. + Monitor the training and development of vendors and fellow engineers. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching when asked. + Coordinate and manage the daily activities establish work schedules, assign tasks, and preventative maintenance schedule. Set and track deadlines. + Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. + Work with the Facility Managers to provide financial input to operating and capital budgeting. + Develop goals and initiatives to direct the department's course. + Assist Engineering Director to implement company initiatives and policies, as necessary. + Evaluate company processes and procedures to solve issues as it relates to engineering and critical systems. + Ensure business operations are implemented based on established procedures. + Keep track of regulatory records and paperwork. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. Escalate to the client critical and non-critical issues! **What You’ll Need:** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills.
