The Hospitality Assistant position exists to provide stewardship for all aspects of serving couples through food service and housekeeping. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Food Service: Prepares meals from predetermined menus for intensives, retreats, and special events Serves, interacts, and is sensitive to the needs of the couples and guests Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and dining area, daily Observes and follows all Health Department Codes Attends and maintains Chemical Training Housekeeping: Maintains the cleanliness of Guest Cabins; general cleaning of bedroom, bathroom, sitting area, and outside sitting area Maintains the cleanliness of all guest and staff spaces throughout the property, including main hospitality center, administrative offices, counseling rooms, bathrooms, and chapel.
