Title:
FMS Program AnalystServes as a Foreign Military Sales support Individual for the Sweden PATRIOT Program.
Responsible for assisting in management in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts. Is instrumental in reviewing Requests for Information and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Battle Command System (IBCS)/PATRIOT Missile System. Coordinates with the Program Management Offices, Industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) in response to a foreign entity request.
Responds to Integrated Logistics Support requirements for host country to include but not limited to, Ground Support Equipment and support vehicle requirements, and transportation plans.
Provide support requested foreign visits to the U.S. in anticipation of meetings related to PATRIOT.
Respond to taskers related to Foreign Military Sales funding. Ensure obligation plans are documented properly. Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with LOA. Draft memorandums of request for action items. Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary. Assist in preparing updates for COP/CEA 7 reports. Prepare material for Country briefings and reports/memorandums. Assist in planning, executing, and taking minutes at Program Management Reviews and other meetings. Develops FMS cases in Department of Defense Security Assistance Management System. Conducts all aspects of the FMS financial program.
Travel (CONUS and OCONUS) may be required (25%).
Requirements:
