FMSA Analyst Job ID 200115 Posted 16-Jan-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Purchasing/Procurement Location(s) Makati City - National Capital Region - Philippines **Overview** CBRE seeks an analytical, innovative, and driven FMSA Analyst to join the Global Occupier Solutions Architecture & Pricing (GOSAP) Team in Manila. This role will report to the Data Solution Lead supporting the global sales and solutions team by collaborating closely with regional procurement teams and category managers This role is responsible for developing a first draft solution for subcontracted services for all RFP’s, utilizing supplier rates and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive and effective procurement strategies. The analyst will analyze RFP data, apply agreed supplier pricing, and contribute to the optimization of procurement processes to enhance overall service delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. This role is required to understand client objectives, portfolio, asset types, service level requirements to ensure the procurement costing meets the overall solution and commercial strategy **Key Responsibilities** **Bid Support and Procurement Strategy** · Review and analysis of client RFP data to determine in scope services and setting up of solutioning tool to capture scope · Working with SME’s, Category Leads and other internal stakeholders to agree on solutioning approach for all subcontracted services · Assess and incorporate subcontractor solutions into the bid to meet technical and commercial requirements **Compliance and Risk Assessment** · Ensure subcontractor proposals comply with client requirements, legal standards, and company policies. · Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues that could impact bid success specific to subcontractor solution and spend. **Market Research and Benchmarking** · Conduct market research to benchmark subcontractor rates and costs against industry standards. · Regularly update procurement rates and benchmarks working closely with in country procurement counterparts **Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement** · Carry out review of solution with internal stakeholders. · Effectively present and articulate costing approach linking to solution strategy and client objective. **Process Improvement** · Supporting the development of category budgets and managing of databases · Identify inefficiencies in subcontractor spend processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. · Implement tools and best practices for spend tracking, reporting and analysis. **Qualifications** · Must be of College and/or University level. Minimum of 3-4 years of related experience and/or training. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in sourcing of facility management services and supplies. · Proficient analytical skills · Strong time management / prioritization skills. · Excellent attention to detail. · A passion for delivering tangible and measurable results. · Ability to work alone and as part of a team. · Ability to plan and manage multiple work programs effectively. · Ability to work effectively across boundaries and cultures. · Ability to work within a matrix organization and achieve collaboration. · Flexible approach to the working week to accommodate the peaks and troughs of the bid lifecycle. · Flexible to work in different time-zone and under pressure. · Excellent communication and presentation skills · Proven experience – Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel Capabilities. · Advanced written and spoken English. **Personal Characteristics** · Self-driven and self-motivated to achieve all commitments · Ability to work flexibly with minimum supervision · Positive and Enthusiastic · Open minded · Respectful to employees of all levels in the organization · Strong attention to details but with ability to broader view · Continuous learning mind · Solution and cooperation-oriented mind · Goal orientated · Good listener and collaborator.
