Summary: FOH Utilities are responsible for providing the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants with a standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. They are responsible for the set-up/closing of restaurant operations, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

FOH Utilities will assist in the set-up/closing of restaurant operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant. During shift, they may wash, store and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other small wares and equipment for the restaurant. Clean and stock side stations during shifts to support service Maintain and complete opening and closing duties, as assigned by management. Polish and roll silverware, napkin folds, as needed. Ensuring all floors are clean of debris and sweep and mop floors in assigned areas. Clean and sanitize equipment in assigned areas. Monitoring, cleaning, and emptying trash cans Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. This position may also require some food preparation. Complete all housekeeping tasks as directed by Management. Performs other job-related duties, as assigned.
