Job Description:

Location: Saint Charles, Illinois

CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring a Folder Gluer Operator in Saint Charles, IL.

A folder gluer operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring a folder-gluer machine, which folds and glues paperboard sheets into finished packaging products like boxes, ensuring consistent quality and production output by adjusting machine settings based on job specifications, performing quality checks, and maintaining the equipment through routine cleaning and minor maintenance. **$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines
• Inspect equipment for safety issues
• Make needed adjustments to coordinate the multiple work stations on a single machine
• Direct crew though all aspects of production
• Monitor quality, output and productivity

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must have 4 years of experience.
• Must be able to work 3day/4day weeks when needed.
• Must be able to work 6pm-6am or 6pm-3pm.
