What will I do every day?
Create an enriching and memorable dining experienceCreatively design menu itemsManage inventory control, functionality and dining/kitchen cleanlinessInterview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associatesForecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing to ensure resident satisfaction and operational efficiencyPerform other related duties as required
What will I need to be successful in this role?
A passion for excellenceBe a progressive and creative thinkerCulinary DegreeMinimum 5 years’ related experience requiredExperience working in Senior Living is a plusHotel or Country Club experience a plusFood and Beverage Manager experience
