Enjoy flexible hours, great company, and scenic views of the Boise Foothills! + Provides high level of customer service by recommending products, taking orders, and serving food and beverages, including bartending and beverage cart services. + Supports special events and handles counter service with efficiency and professionalism. + Ensures that all dining areas are consistently clean and inviting. + Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. + This position is open to all applicants age 19 and older. + This position is designated as At-Will. Essential Functions Prepares dining area, patio, and grab and go counter for daily operations, ensuring all equipment is clean and in working order. Ensures operations of dining area, providing a clean and safe environment for food and beverage service. Maintains tables, countertops, trash, and restocking of products. Assists in setting up and breaking down banquet areas for special events, ensuring tables, linens, and decorations are arranged according to event specifications. Provides customer service to guests and ensures needs are met. Takes and serves orders, acts as cashier, and is handling payments while accurately ringing in orders for the beverage cart and/or dining area. Operates beverage cart on golf course while maintaining stock levels, cleanliness, and ensuring cart is in optimal working condition. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Required Knowledge, Experience, And Training + Experience working in a customer service and working with food and beverage sales. Knowledge of: + general customer service practices. Ability to: + interact with customer and participants in a tactful manner; + provide a high level of customer service to patrons; + communicate effectively in the English language at a level necessary for efficient job performance; + complete assignments in a timely fashion; + understand and comply with all rules, policies, and regulations; + maintain prompt and regular attendance; and + perform all essential and marginal functions as assigned by an authorized employee, supervisor, and/or manager with or without a reasonable accommodation. Preferred Knowledge, Experience, And Training + Experience with point-of-sale systems and + cash handling. Licensing And Other Requirements + TIP (Alcohol Servers Permit).
