Food and Beverage Manager

The F&B Manager is a key member of the leadership team and is directly responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at the property. This includes implementing budgets and hiring, training, and supervising all related F&B service staff. The F&B Manager will apply all of their experience and knowledge to ensure that the wants and needs of members and guests are consistently met and/or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and elegant service.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff.
• Maintain the highest food and beverage quality standards, presentation, and service.
• Handle member inquiries, special requests, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and member loyalty.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design seasonal menus and special promotions.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Schedule staff, manage labor costs, and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Monitor and maintain the club's ambiance, including music, lighting, and decor, to create a luxurious atmosphere.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an F&B Manager, preferably in a private club, high-end, or luxury dining environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including fine dining standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
