Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Location: Treviso Bay Country Club, Naples, FL

Position Overview: This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and can effectively manage staff, inventory, and guest relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  Develop and implement innovative food and beverage menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
  Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to service standards.
  Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and control costs to meet budgetary goals.
  Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
 

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role within a high-end dining or club setting.
  Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
 

Desired Skills:

Experience with poolside or casual dining environments is a plus.
  Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and guest service.
