A Food and Beverage Manager directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\n\n\n\nPlans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nImplements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEnsures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHelps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInterviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMonitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, conducting counselling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMonitor and assess product and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEnsure team members have current knowledge of outlet offerings, products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
