The Opportunity 

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. Ensuring the highest level of service to guests is our greatest priority. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

Pay

$18.00 - $21.00 / hour

Responsibilities Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are metAssign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasksAssist managers in team member training and complianceInvestigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures operational areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volumeGreet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned areaQualifications Experience working in a restaurant; beneficial to have two years’ supervisory experienceSelf-motivated, superior organization and guest service abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relation skillsNo college degree requiredPhysical Requirements Must be able to carry up to 35 lbsStanding, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and broomsShift Details
