Responsibilities Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of salesHire, train, and manage an effective group of team members, with alignment to Delaware North programs and service standardsPartner with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served the highest quality mealsAssist with the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgets and business volumeQualifications No college degree requiredOne year related experience requiredBasic math skills for cash and inventory dutiesWord-processing, spreadsheets, and email experience requiredPhysical Requirements Ability to lift or carry 50 lbsAbility to stand or walk for extended periods of time                        Who We Are
