Responsibilities Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodationsManage labor and profit lossEnsure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shiftAssist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessaryQualifications Experience working in a restaurant requiredMinimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferredMust be able to implement rules and direct employeesA true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentNo college degree requiredThis position requires the team member to complete and pass a background checkPhysical Requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally Shift Details
