About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining a positive work environment, and contributing to the success of the department. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Ensure guest satisfaction is the top priority for the department. Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries. Address and resolve guest complaints professionally. Train and empower staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Operations and Finance: Assist in managing the department within budget. Contribute to the development of the annual departmental budget. Analyze financial data and identify areas for cost control. Oversee inventory management and ensure proper control procedures. People Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff members. Conduct recruitment, selection, training, and performance reviews. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure all staff are properly certified and comply with safety regulations. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Implement a preventative maintenance program for all equipment. Business Management: Assist in maximizing department resources and achieving budget goals. Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop vendor relationships. Adjust staffing and inventory levels based on demand. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hospitality setting. Proven experience in leading and motivating a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks. Working knowledge of cash handling and accounting procedures. High school diploma or equivalent.
