Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina is searching for a talented Food and Beverage Supervisor to help lead their team! This leader will focus on operations at Olive & Sea and will support other outlets as needed.

The ideal candidate will have previous 1-2 years of serving experience, someone who leads with kindness, empathy, and has a genuine passion for creating a positive work environment.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is required to support both AM and PM shifts depending on business demands between the hours of 6am - 1am Monday - Sunday

What will I be doing?

\n\nSupervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations\nMonitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance\nSupport and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards\nManage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly\nAssist in monitoring inventory and inventory control\n
