\nAs a Food&Drink Marketing Manager, specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\nBusiness Function
\n\nPlan, execute, and monitor annual F&D marketing and communication plans, incorporating digital media, brand management, and loyalty marketing initiatives.\nDesign and launch promotional campaigns for restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet areas to increase guest traffic and revenue.\nWork closely with the kitchen and F&D operational team to create and market seasonal menus, packages, and food festivals based on market trends and guest feedback.\nManage F&D content across all marketing channels, including the hotel website, social media platforms, and third-party booking sites, ensuring consistency and brand adherence.\nBuild strategic local partnerships and collaborations to enhance F&D offerings and attract new clientele.\nEvaluate the competitive environment and adjust strategies to ensure the F&D outlets remain leaders in the local market.\nLead the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, menus, newsletters, and press kits, for the F&D department.\nDevelop and execute a tailored social media strategy to promote F&D offerings and engage with the target audience effectively.\nManage public relations activities, including media visits, press releases, and collaborations with influencers, to enhance brand exposure for F&D operations.\nIdentify and execute cross-promotional opportunities between the F&D department and other hotel services (e.g., spa, events).\n\nManaging Execution
\n\nMonitor key performance indicators related to marketing campaigns, revenue targets, and guest satisfaction.\nOrganize and oversee special events, such as food festivals and theme nights, ensuring they align with the F&D department's brand image and goals.\nProvide regular performance reports to senior management, including insights and recommendations for improvement.\nAct as the primary liaison between the F&D department and regional/corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment with global initiatives.\n\nDeveloping Talent
\n\nTrain and mentor F&D team members on marketing and communication strategies to foster a cohesive and motivated team.\nCreate tailored personal development plans for team members, focusing on skill enhancement and career growth.\nConduct regular feedback and performance reviews to encourage continuous improvement within the team.\n\nBuilding Relationships
\n\nEstablish and maintain strong communication with operational leaders, including the Director of F&D, Executive Chef, and General Manager.\nBuild and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, such as media representatives, local businesses, and community organizations, to expand marketing opportunities.\nRepresent the F&D department in internal and external meetings, ensuring the promotion of its goals and objectives.\n\nWhat are we looking for?
