About The Role 

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager (Bahia Restaurant), who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guests experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization. This position will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the restaurant in absence of the Director of Recreation. This position will ensure that Server Assistants, Bartenders, and Servers provide only the best service to our guest's.

What You Will Do 

Experience within Food & Beverage or Hospitality is a must. Prior Supervisory experience is preferred.

Must be comfortable working outdoors in times of extreme climate.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
