We’re looking for a friendly and hardworking Food & Beverage Attendant to help us deliver an outstanding dining experience. In this role, you’ll play a key part in presenting our complimentary breakfast and evening reception while ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:Create Amazing Experiences: Be the face of our food & beverage service and directly impact our guests’ experience, ensuring they leave with a smile.Teamwork & Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive, friendly team dedicated to providing top-tier service and smooth operations.Variety in Your Role: From serving breakfast to assisting with cooking or bussing, no two days are the same!Training & Growth: Receive the training you need to succeed, including Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, with the opportunity for career development.What You’ll Do:Serve Guests with Excellence: Present our complimentary breakfast and evening reception, restocking and clearing the buffet, while ensuring a clean and welcoming space for guests.Provide Top-Tier Customer Service: Respond to guest concerns with a warm, friendly approach and a professional demeanor.Support the Team: Be flexible and assist in multiple roles, including cooking and bussing, as needed to keep things running smoothly.Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Follow strict health and safety guidelines, ensuring all food handling and sanitation are top-notch to keep everyone safe.Collaborate with Your Team: Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of food service, from shift changes to food prep.What We’re Looking For:Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred.Team Player: You work well with others and bring a positive attitude to every task.Ready to Learn & Grow: Must be willing to complete Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications within the first 60 days.Physical Stamina: You should be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs occasionally and standing for long periods of time.Flexible Availability: Be ready to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
