Food Beverage Sales Executive
The Food Beverage Sales Executive is responsible for the development and commercial success of the hotel's four food and beverage outlets.
This role focuses on attracting new guests, promoting the outlets, and driving business growth through innovative strategies and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively identify and qualify new leads for the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, attracting new clients and driving business growth.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both hotel guests and local clientele, fostering long-term partnerships.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-structured pipeline of leads, ensuring a steady flow of potential business opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Director of Sales Marketing and the Director of FB to develop strategic plans for expanding the outlets, aligning with market trends, client preferences, and business objectives.
Collaboration: Partner with the Director of FB to implement innovative business development strategies. Work alongside the hotel’s marketing and PR teams to create compelling FB concepts that engage the target audience.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and evolving customer preferences to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in sales or business development within food and beverage venues either in hospitality industry or as stand alone.
· Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
· Strong understanding in social media and marketing.
· Proven entrepreneurial skills is a plus
· This role requires a proactive, innovative individual with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
