Responsible for scheduling, scheduling adjustments and modifications in all Food & Beverage Outlets and assigning the appropriate number of team members to each area to accommodate various business levels and maximize guest service. Responsible for placing and tracking inventory requisitions in Infinium operated purchasing system. Additional job functions include: replacing call offs, attendance tracking and shift switches, PTO requests, filling open shifts in various F&B outlets, and staffing for various special events. Performs a variety of administrative functions including, record keeping, filing, payroll inputting and tracking numerous labor and position codes. Provides a friendly, helpful demeanor to all internal guests. Performs other related duties as assigned. Promotes superior guest service.
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to learn Infinium and Timesaver systems. Previous administrative experience preferred.
