Supervise Food and Beverage operations for profitability. Manage diverse team in a busy environment. Handle financial management and cash. Build strong relationships with stakeholders. Ensure food safety compliance and quality menus. Train staff on safety procedures and reduce wastage. Maintain high customer service standards. Flexible availability, including weekends.

Proven track record in Food and Beverage supervision. Strong supervisory skills in high-volume settings. Financial management proficiency. Excellent interpersonal abilities. Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations. Passion for quality food and service.
