This position will be responsible for operating oil refinery production equipment meeting the quality and productivity requirements that ensure on time supply of safe products to the customer. **This position requires 12-hour rotational shifts with Growth Potential.** **The working schedule allows you to work 14-days per month including two weekends.** This position has a target wage of $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available. In addition to hourly wages, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vison, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off. **Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Performs all work within safety and environmental guidelines established by local, state, and federal agencies as well as company policies. + Operate forklift, track mobile, pallet jack and tractor/trailer to load, unload and move supplies. + Operate refining, bleaching and deodorization production process. + Operate the palm bleaching production process. + Load out refined edible oil. + Conducts quality and food safety checks, as established by company policies and procedures. + Performs routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on operating equipment. + Performs general labor, housekeeping and sanitation responsibilities as required. + Maintains daily records and logs. **Minimum Education** + High school or equivalent **Experience Requirements** + 0 -2 years of related work experience + Strong reading, writing, math and analytical skills + Experience operating machinery **Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements** Able to move freely throughout the AgiBusiness facilities to include climbing vertical heights (0 - 150'), walking on elevated bar-grating platforms, carrying tools and equipment (0 -50 lbs), exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100 degree Fahrenheit), humidity (0 - 100%), noise (50db to 100db) and chemical (MSDS sheets available).
