We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Packer. As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing and packing products for shipment in a warehouse or distribution center environment. This is an important role in ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of goods to our customers.
Duties:
- Pack products according to specific instructions and guidelines
- Ensure that all items are properly labeled and packaged for shipment
- Use materials handling equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move products
- Load and unload trucks with packed products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience in materials handling and operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of stock management procedures
- Proficiency in using cherry pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and distribution center processes
- Ability to load and unload trucks efficiently
