Job Responsibilities:
Manage the test kitchen, ensuring its efficient operation and cleanliness (of equipment). Maintain the integrity of equipment through regular cleaning and basic maintenance. Write and update operational procedures for various equipment across all four brands. Schedule time slots, coordinate tests, and stay informed about activities in the test kitchen. Support QA testing programs when applicable. Coordinate processes related to the test kitchen, ensuring seamless operations. Utilize technical expertise in machine maintenance and cleaning to uphold standards. Demonstrate a solid understanding of food health and safety to maintain equipment integrity.Job Responsibilities:

At least 3 years of working experience in food laboratories or facilitiy management. Diploma or relevant technical certificate required. Practical experience in kitchen operations or equipment maintenance. Proficiency in managing and maintaining equipment for optimal performance.
