**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Production Worker and engage in activities such as setting up and operating various packaging machinery, including auto packagers, cutters, and fillers. Responsibilities include adjusting hoses, blades, and films, setting orders and runs into computers, managing and unclogging jams, and ensuring product quality by checking for defects. You will also handle tasks like connecting hoses to tankers and fillers, and climbing ladders to the top of the machinery. This role requires comfort with heights and the ability to work in various shifts. **Hard Skills** + GMP Experience - 1 year + Packaging Experience - 1 year + Manufacturing Experience - 1 year + Machine operating, packaging machinery **Soft Skills** + Comfortable lifting 40 lbs. individually + Comfortable climbing ladders + Bilingual (preferred) **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Broadview, Illinois. **Work Environment** Our facility is very clean, with packaging machinery, kettles/tanks for mixing, and inventory. The floor layout includes different tanks, machinery, and packaging lines in a temperature-controlled setting that can be warmer around machinery and kettles for cooking.
