Food Manufacturing Worker
**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Production workers will pre-label bags and feed them into the bagger. You are required to understand the software of the bagger system and be able to perform light maintenance when required. After bags are filled, operators ensure they are properly sealed and weigh the product to ensure it meets standards. You will be involved in mixing, batching, panning, and packing. Must be able to lift 50lbs. **Responsibilities** + Pre-label bags and feed them into the bagger. + Understand and operate the software of the bagger system. + Perform light maintenance on the bagger system as needed. + Ensure filled bags are properly sealed. + Weigh products to ensure they meet standards. + Mix, batch, pan, and pack products. + Lift up to 50lbs. **Essential Skills** + Experience in packing, palletizing, visual inspection, machine operating, blending, etc. + Mechanical aptitude. + Drive to advance within the company. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred. + Food manufacturing experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Our company values the growth and development of our employees and offers opportunities for advancement within the organization. The environment is clean and well-lit, with a fast-paced workflow requiring a lot of standing. Contractors must wear hairnets, beard nets, steel-toed shoes, and lab coats. Helpers work in an enclosed area with up to four other employees. Due to the nature of the product, the environment can be dusty. Helpers working in the dryer area may be exposed to temperatures up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
