**Role Overview** Sodexo is seeking a **Food Operations Manager for Glendale Nursing Home** , a 200 resident skilled care facility located in **Schenectady, New York.** In this fast-paced position, the manager willoversee five unit dining rooms for this community and enjoy training and mentoring resident food service workers. Typical shift will be 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, with rotating weekends.
