Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking Food Operations Manager 2 to join our team at JMFE in Deerfield Beach FL. The total Food Operations is made up of 2 Corporate cafes and Catering Operations.
The Food Operations Manager 2 primary focus will be to oversee the day-to-day operation of our 2nd cafe on site, this location does about 350 transaction per day. In addition, the Food Operations Manager 2 will report to and assist the General Manager across the operation. Other duties will include but not limited to:
Overseeing and ensuring smooth meal servicesManaging a team of 6 hourly employeeAssist with Ordering and InventoryFinancial reportingAssist with Menu planning for the cafeHelp with catering when neededThis position offers a traditional Business & Industry, Predominately M-F schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
