Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 for Medstar Harbor Hospital located in Baltimore, MD. This facility is a 135-bed acute care hospital serving Southern Baltimore area. Medstar is focused on caring for patients and their loved ones utilizing advanced technology under the guidance of expert clinicians. Incentives Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-330pm OR 11:00am-7:30pm every 5th weekend rotation (may vary based on business needs) What You'll DoThe Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and will have direct oversight for three retail outlets including a coffee shop, gift shop and cafe. This position will provide support up to 20 frontline associates. The Operations Manager will also assist the patient services department using the "At Your Request" (AYR) patient dining services program.

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
