Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for George Mason University located in Fairfax, VA. The Food Operations Manager 3 will work alongside a counterpart to oversee all retail on campus to include national and in-house branded concepts while reporting to the General Manager of Retail. The focus will be on directing all contract management service operations at the retail units, maintaining cash control, and payroll records. There is an emphasis on hiring, training, customer satisfaction and good public relations.

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
