Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Food Operations Manager for one of our premier corporate accounts in Portsmouth, NH. The Food Operations Manager will work closely with and collaborate with the General Manager, which will allow for continued expansion of skill sets and growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong catering background and event management experience with upscale events, and the ability to plan, execute, and coordinate multiple catering functions simultaneously. This position involves a high degree of hands-on involvement in catering events, banquet services and event management. This is a "roll up your sleeves" management position with active operational responsibilities and accountability.
The Food Operations Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
