**Job Title:** Experienced Packaging Workers **Location:** Bellingham, WA **Company Overview:** Our client, a leading producer of high-quality Surimi products, is seeking experienced packaging workers to join their team. **Job Description:** As a Packaging Worker, you will be responsible for: + Rotating positions approximately every 2 hours. + Working around and on conveyor belt systems and packaging equipment. + Standing on concrete floors (anti-fatigue mats are available). + Moving packaged products (3 oz. to 2.5 lb.) between conveyor systems. + Verifying day codes and quality of packages. + Folding boxes, counting, and placing packages into boxes, and stacking boxes. + Cleaning and sanitizing food processing equipment. + Performing other tasks as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 6 months of packaging experience in a food manufacturing setting. + Strong communication skills. + Patient demeanor and active listening abilities. + Problem-solving capabilities. + Positive attitude and adaptability. + Genuine desire to be part of a team. + Professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction. **Compensation:** + Pay: $17.66 per hour + Schedule: Monday to Friday and every other Saturday + Shift Time: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM **Application Process:** To apply, please submit your resume clearly stating your packaging experience.
