Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst ShiftPrepare and process milk and other ingredients to make various types of cheeses, following established recipes and production techniques.Maintain a clean and sanitized cheese-making environment, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.Maintain a clean and sanitized cheese-making environment, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.Monitor and control the cheesemaking process, including coagulation, curd cutting, draining, and pressing.Food Production Affinage (Cheesemake) Qualifications:
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during cheese production. Up to 75 pounds.No fake nails, no fake eyelashes, no facial piercings, no nail polish.
