Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for Texas Christian University located in Fort Worth, TX for a new dining hall scheduled to open in January 2025. The new dining hall is the latest addition to this expanding account. This Food Production Manager will be responsible for DRIVE, daily menuing, production, post production, and following recipes for resident dining and retail operations on campus. The Food Production Manager will focus on healthy, sustainable, all natural, vegan/vegetarian options. This manager will supervise approximately 35 employees.

The ideal candidate:
has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; andcan demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
